How can the fax number be the same as the phone number?
	Yes, that is confusing. We're still a small company and are trying to cut costs where possible, while providing quality products. All you have to do is send the fax like you normally would. When we answer, if we hear your fax machine beep we switch the call to the fax machine. If our recording answers, as soon as the recording finishes playing it will automatically receive your fax with no interaction. So, just let the recording play until it finishes. If the fax doesn't send within a few seconds of the recording ending, give us a call and report the error.
